Login & Account

Username: Your flat/plot number exactly as registered — e.g. R1/107/02, R4/1/1, Plot/50/1
Password: Your 10-digit phone number without country code — e.g. 9876543210 (not +91 or 091)

Login is case-insensitiver1/108/4 and R1/108/4 both work.
Leading zeros don't matter — R01/108/04 is treated as R1/108/4.

If you're unable to login, contact the society admin to verify your registered flat number and phone.

Yes! After logging in, click on your avatar (initials circle) at the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select "Change Password".

We strongly recommend changing your password after first login. The default phone-number password is meant for one-time setup only.

Contact the society admin. They can reset your password back to your registered phone number, after which you can login and set a new password.

Your flat may not be registered yet. Contact the admin to add your flat/plot/shop to the system.
Billing

Your bill = Units consumed × Rate per unit.
Units = Current meter reading − Previous reading.
The rate is set per billing cycle and can be either a fixed rate or a dynamic rate based on actual DG running cost divided by total units consumed by all flats.

Fixed Rate: A pre-decided rate per unit (e.g. ₹24.50/unit) that remains constant.
Dynamic Rate: Calculated from the actual DG expenses of the cycle (fuel, maintenance, etc.) divided by total units consumed by all flats. This gives a fair per-unit cost based on actual running costs.

You only pay for what you use. If your meter shows 5 units consumed, you pay 5 × rate. There is no minimum charge — lower usage means a lower bill.

Higher usage means a proportionally higher bill. The per-unit rate is the same for everyone, so you pay fairly based on your actual consumption.

Bills are calculated as: units consumed × rate per unit, minus any advance credit. If your meter reading seems wrong, contact the admin before the cycle is finalized.
Advance Payments

When you pay an advance (e.g. ₹10,000), it is spread over 3 billing cycles to act as a payment cushion.
  • Each cycle, a maximum of ⅓ of the advance (≈₹3,334) is deducted from your bill.
  • If your bill is less than the ⅓ cap, only the bill amount is used.
  • Unused portions carry over to the next cycle.

To ensure smooth cash flow for DG maintenance (fuel, servicing), the society needs a reserve. Spreading it over 3 cycles keeps a healthy reserve while still reducing your bills each month.

Example: ₹10,000 advance
• Cycle 1: Bill ₹4,000 → ₹3,334 deducted → You pay ₹666
• Cycle 2: Bill ₹3,500 → Up to ₹3,668 available → ₹3,500 deducted → You pay ₹0
• Cycle 3: Remaining ₹3,166 is available for deduction

Advances are meant to be used against future DG bills. Refunds are generally not processed because the money is needed for DG operational costs. Your advance balance will automatically reduce your bills over the next 3 cycles.
Payments

  1. Login with your flat number and phone number
  2. Go to Submit Payment
  3. Select the bill, enter payment details (date, amount, UPI/bank ref)
  4. Upload a screenshot of the payment
  5. The admin will verify and mark it as confirmed

Check the reject reason on your bills page. You can edit and resubmit rejected payments using the button. Common reasons: wrong amount, duplicate screenshot, unclear proof.
Meter Readings

At the end of each billing cycle, the DG meter for each flat is read. The previous reading (last cycle's end) and current reading are recorded. Units consumed = Current − Previous. This is used for bill calculation.

Contact the admin immediately. Readings can be corrected before bills are generated. Once bills are generated, the admin can use Regenerate Bills after correcting the reading to recalculate with the updated values.
